Suffern LL Spring Team Training

This program was created specifically for Suffern LL players looking for a professional training regimen through the spring season.

This 10-week, 20 session training program consists of team environment workouts 2x per week. Players will train one time per week at Power Arm's Ramsey, NJ facility, and one time per week outside on Suffern LL fields. (Outdoor practices are weather permitting, should we not be able to practice outside, training will be conducted indoors at Power Arm's Ramsey, NJ facility as well.)
Each session will be run by Power Arm coach Ken Mattson, who has years of experience training youth, HS, and college players in both team and 1-on-1 settings.

10 weekly sessions starting first day that weather permits outdoor practice.
