This program was developed for players to help improve hitting skills and agility/conditioning in preparation for the upcoming spring season.
As part of Power Arm's dedication to improving our local little leagues, players will have the opportunity to work with Power Arm staff, including college coaches and former college/professional players in this 10-week comprehensive preseason training program.
Each 1.5 hour session will include fundamental analysis & hitting instruction, followed by a sport & age-specific conditioning routine to help increase speed, agility, and coordination.
Jan 20 - Mar 24 (10 weeks)
Minors (up to 10yo): 4pm - 5:30pm
Majors (11 & 12yo): 5:30pm - 7pm
*Minimum $100 non-refundable deposit required at time of registration, with balance due prior to start of the program. (Balance can be paid in person on the day of the first session.)
