As we step into 2025, Power Arm Performance is thrilled to announce some major updates that will take our program to new heights. With new staff additions, expanded tournament and showcase opportunities, and exciting team developments, this year is shaping up to be our best yet!
New Staff Additions
We’re excited to welcome several highly experienced coaches to our Power Arm family. These new additions bring a wealth of knowledge from their collegiate and professional playing and coaching backgrounds, providing our athletes with top-tier instruction. Our focus remains on player development, and our new staff will help elevate our training programs to ensure every athlete reaches their full potential.
Among the key additions is Brandon Rivera, who has taken over as the Director of Teams and Media Operations. Brandon brings years of experience in player development, team management, and media coordination, helping to enhance the overall structure and exposure of our athletes. His leadership will play a crucial role in advancing our programs and ensuring Power Arm Performance remains a premier destination for aspiring baseball players.
Expanded Tournament & Showcase Lineup
The 2025 season will feature an expanded tournament and showcase schedule, giving our players more opportunities to compete at a high level and gain exposure to college scouts. Highlights include:
National and Regional Tournaments at premier venues across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
Exclusive College Showcases where our high school-aged teams will compete in front of college recruiters and scouts.
Power Arm Organizational Scout Day, an in-house event designed to connect our athletes directly with recruiters.
Team Growth & Development
We’re expanding our travel teams to provide more opportunities for dedicated athletes to compete in a structured, development-driven environment. This includes:
New 13U, 14U, and 15U teams with dedicated training and competition schedules.
A focus on individualized player development, ensuring each athlete has access to position-specific training and strength & conditioning programs.
Enhanced recruitment support for high school players looking to play at the next level.
